Why are family photos so important?
Life with kids passes by way too quickly & before you know it they are all grown up…..
Everyone always tells you to enjoy this time of your life with your kids,
but when you are in the middle of changing nappies, toilet training, trying to get your kids to sleep,
or whatever stage you are currently dealing with, it’s hard to slow down and enjoy those moments.
In the time we live in, we have hundreds of selfies on our phones that seem to disappear into cyberspace,
but rarely do we have a photo of our family family.
Family photos freeze a moment in time so that you can cherish it forever.
A little about us:
über photography is located at Gordon, on Sydney's North Shore.
Our studio space has been designed to emulate a natural, homely setting including our amazing huge arched windows, a fireplace,
a bed and seating where your children and family members will feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the session.
We also have a range of stunning props that we can incorporate as part of your session.
The beautifully light controlled environment has been arranged to create timeless yet modern black and white portraits and stunning colour portraits.
It is a pet-friendly environment, and we welcome any kind of pets for your session.
We photograph babies, kids, families, and pets and create beautiful artwork for your family to have forever.
What does my prize cover?
Your prize includes $250 worth of products and services.
A full family studio photography session
a design appointment for you to be able to view and order your images ( 2-5 days after your shoot)
$150 credit towards prints from your session (our print prices start from $95)
Book your session before the end of January we are including a bonus wooden print valued at $290!!
When are sessions photographed?
Sessions are photographed Tuesday-Saturday between 8am and 3pm.
Please note there is a $100 holding deposit to secure your booking which will be credited towards photos from your session.
How do I book my session?
You can choose a time to suit you for your family's session scroll down the page to our online calendar.

We will then send you a link to pay the $100 holding deposit to lock in the date.

Our studio is located at Gordon, on Sydney's North Shore. We are a husband and wife team, Kate & Chris ,they are parents to 3 kids of their own Felix 21, Max 19 and Millie 16 and their fur babies, their dog Immy and cat Sarah. As parents they understand the ways to help you relax and have fun with your kids.
Their passion is photographing families in a natural way. We focus on capturing the personalities of your kids through our photographs. Our ability to connect with your family means that we capture images that are a true reflection of your family.
We are proud members of the AIPP. What does that mean for you? It means that we are bound by a code of ethics, we are required to have insurance, and continue with ongoing training. For you that means protection, and that you are dealing with an ethical photographer.
Kate has was won numerous awards at both state and National level with the AIPP, and has been a judge for the NSW AIPP awards for 2014/2015/2016/2017, 2018 and 2019, Queensland AIPP awards 2016 and National AIPP photography awards 2016. She won the AIPP NSW Family Photographer of the Year in 2011. She was awarded the Henry Talbot Award for service the to the AIPP in 2015. She was the NSW AIPP president from 2012-2014 and served on the NSW AIPP council from 2008-2014.
