Purchasing session guide

Before you come in:

Have a look around your home and think about where you'd love to see your photos. Maybe it's the hallway, the nursery, above the couch or on that big empty wall you've been meaning to do something with. Take a few measurements or snap a photo on your phone so I can help you find the right size for your space.

I have collections to suit just about anywhere, from stairwells and bedrooms to kitchens and open plan living areas. My favourite spot? The family room or kitchen. It's the heart of the home and it means you'll see your photos every single day.

So what happens at my purchasing session?

This is the fun part!

When you come into the studio, I'll show your photos as a slideshow on a large screen so you can see them properly. Then I'll walk you through my product range so you can see and feel everything in person. From there, I'll help you choose your favourites and work out how to display them in your home. That's my expertise, and I love this part.

Even families who say they're terrible at making decisions tell me how easy the process is. I'll guide you through the whole thing.

The practical bits

Make sure anyone who's part of the decision comes along. If you'd like a follow-up appointment to finalise things, you're welcome to book one, but a $100 studio fee may apply for the additional session.

I require a 50% deposit when you place your order. I accept EFTPOS and all credit cards including AMEX.

For orders over $750, I offer payment plans with no additional fees. I require a minimum payment of $300 per month, and I'll talk you through the details during your session.

I need 7 days notice if you need to reschedule your ordering session, or cancellation fees may apply.

Gift cards are non-refundable, not redeemable for cash and can be used for products only. They can't be used with any other offer.
