| I AM WORRIED ABOUT COVID |

| We have a strict Covid policy in our studio. Upon arrival at the studio everyone will be asked to use hand sanitizer.
We temperature check anyone coming into the studio.
We are abiding by Social distancing requirements of 1.5m.
We allow a buffer (up to 15 minutes) between each client visit so you’ll be the only one here. (In the unlikely case of overlap, we can make you comfortable in a separate room while you wait).
All surfaces are being disinfected between each session.
Kate, our photographer is happy to wear a facemark during your visit if you request it.
All staff members have completed Australian Governments- Infection Control Training - COVID 19 If we need to go into lockdown again, we will happily reschedule your session to a new time to suit you. |
| WHAT IF MY KIDS WON'T SIT STILL? |
| We don't expect your kids to sit still. We have lots of props that we use to connect with your kids. They can jump, twirl, dance, play,or ride on our special rocking horse Rupert.
Play is an integral way that we are able to capture children's natural expressions.

| WHAT IF MY KIDS ARE SUPER SHY? |
| Our photographers understand that some little ones take a little while longer to warm up. We will spend some time getting to know them & make them feel comfortable before we start taking any photos. |
| WHEN ARE THE SESSIONS PHOTOGRAPHED? |
| These sessions are photographed Monday-Friday between 9am and 1pm. We have school holiday times available. Most mums with older kids book an early session & give their little ones a little bit of a late start to the day, or they turn it into a mummy/daughter day. |
| WHAT DOES THE $50 COVER? |
| This is fully donated to the Starlight Foundation. It covers your daughter's one hour photography session & guarantees that one of your cdaughter/s images will appear in our Little Ballerinas Book. |
| DO YOU PROVIDE THE OUTFITS? |
| We have a wardrobe full of Tutus & accessories for kids aged from 6mths to 7 yrs. You don't need to bring anything with you. If you have your own Tutu you would like to bring with you, we would love to include some photos in the outfit for you. |
| CAN I BRING MY KIDS NOT IN THE 6mth TO 7yr AGE GROUP? |
| We would love to include all your kids, no matter their ages. We have outfits that cover up to age 10. If you wish to include older kids we will give you some information on what to bring with you when you book in. |
| HOW MUCH ARE THE PHOTOS? |
| Our print prices start at $95. We do not have a minimum spend. We have an option to suit every budget. After your daughter’s session you come back to the studio to view & order your photos & that’s the only time you will need to make decisions.
We are very upfront with our pricing. We will send you our full pricelist before your session, so you have all the information before you need to make any decisions.
We offer payment plans at no additional cost from $200 per month, to make it affordable for you to order exactly what you would like. |
| WHO CAN PURCHASE THE BOOK? |
| The book is available for families included in the book to purchase for $100. We do also sell the book to the general public on our website |
