FAQ GUIDE FOR YOUR DOGS & KIDS SESSION
This is our FAQ for the most common questions about our Dogs & Kids sessions
| I AM WORRIED ABOUT COVID |

| We have a strict Covid policy in our studio. Upon arrival at the studio everyone will be asked to use hand sanitizer.
We temperature check anyone coming into the studio.
We are abiding by Social distancing requirements of 1.5m.
We allow a buffer (up to 15 minutes) between each client visit so you’ll be the only one here. (In the unlikely case of overlap, we can make you comfortable in a separate room while you wait).
All surfaces are being disinfected between each session.
Kate, our photographer is happy to wear a facemark during your visit if you request it.
All staff members have completed Australian Governments- Infection Control Training - COVID 19 If we need to go into lockdown again, we will happily reschedule your session to a new time to suit you. |
| WHAT IF MY KIDS & DOG WON'T SIT STILL? |
| We don't expect them to sit still. We have lots of props that we use to get your dog and kids together, a bed and a couch. Our studio is contained so we don't need to worry about anyone escaping during their session :)
Play is an integral way that we are able to capture children's natural expressions.

| WHAT IF MY KIDS ARE SUPER SHY? |
| Our photographers understand that some little ones take a little while longer to warm up. We will spend some time getting to know them & make them feel comfortable before we start taking any photos. |
| WHEN ARE THE SESSIONS PHOTOGRAPHED? |
| These sessions are photographed Tuesday-Saturday between 9am and 5pm. Some mums bring their kids in first thing so they have a little late start to school, or bring them after school. We have school holiday times available. |
| WHAT DOES THE $50 COVER? |
| This is fully donated to the RSPCA. It covers your kids one hour photography session & guarantees that one of your child/rens images will appear in our Dogs & their Kids Book. |
| CAN WE UPDATE OUR FAMILIES PHOTOS DURING THE SESSION? |
| We would love to include family photos for you. We are specialist family photographers & photograph from babies to grown-up kids. No challenge is ever too big for us, so we welcome as many dogs/pets as you would like to include. |
| HOW MUCH ARE THE PHOTOS? |
| Our print prices start at $95. We do not have a minimum spend. We have an option to suit every budget. After your session you come back to the studio to view & order your photos & that’s the only time you will need to make decisions.
We are very upfront with our pricing. We will send you our full pricelist before your session, so you have all the information before you need to make any decisions.
We offer payment plans at no additional cost from $200 per month, to make it affordable for you to order exactly what you would like. |
| WHO CAN PURCHASE THE BOOK? |
| The book is available for families included in the book to purchase for $100. We do also sell the book to the general public on our website |
