This is our FAQ for the most common questions
I AM WORRIED ABOUT COVID |

We have a strict Covid policy in our studio. Upon arrival at the studio everyone will be asked to use hand sanitizer.
We temperature check anyone coming into the studio.
We are abiding by Social distancing requirements of 1.5m.
We allow a buffer (up to 15 minutes) between each client visit so you’ll be the only one here. (In the unlikely case of overlap, we can make you comfortable in a separate room while you wait).
All surfaces are being disinfected between each session.
Kate, our photographer is happy to wear a facemark during your visit if you request it.
All staff members have completed Australian Governments- Infection Control Training - COVID 19 If we need to go into lockdown again, we will happily reschedule your session to a new time to suit you. |
I HATE HAVING MY PHOTO TAKEN....? |
We hear this all the time… in fact we feel pretty much the same lol… so we totally understand.
As a woman & a mum, Kate understands this & has lots of tips and tricks to ensure that you will love the photos of yourself. One of her common sayings is “It’s my job to make you look good in your photos, so that you will love the photos and will want to have them hanging on your wall “.
Kate keeps all her sessions under an hour, so that everyone is happy. With teenagers, although there is often a lot of talking to get them there, by the end of the session they had a load of fun. And mums of little kids love it , as they know how short their kids attention span can be. Kate understands this & is able to capture amazing moments with even the most active toddlers.

WHAT IF MY KIDS ARE SUPER SHY? |
Our photographers understand that some little ones take a little while longer to warm up. We will spend some time getting to know them & make them feel comfortable before we start taking any photos. |
WHEN ARE THE SESSIONS PHOTOGRAPHED? |
These sessions are photographed Tuesday-Saturday between 9am and 5pm. |
WHAT DOES THE $50 COVER? |
This is fully donated to the Gidget Foundation. It covers your one hour photography session & guarantees that one of your child/ren images will appear in our exhibition. |
MY FAMILY IS SUPER BUSY & IT'S HARD TO FIND THE TIME? |
Kate & Chris the owners of über photography have 3 kids so they totally understand….. There are sessions available Tuesday-Saturday between 8am and 5pm, so whether you need to find a time around work or kids sports, there's a time to suit you. We have an easy to use online calendar which shows all the avaialbe session time, which will make it so much easier for you to coordinate with your family to find the right time to suit you. |
ARE YOU WORRIED ABOUT WHAT YOU WILL SPEND?? |
At the end of your session we set up an ordering session, where you come back to the studio, view your photos on a large screen, & we will help you chose your favourite images & pick the best products to suit you. Our print prices start at $95. We do not have a minimum spend. We have an option to suit every budget. We are very upfront with our pricing. We will send you our full pricelist before your session, so you have all the information before you need to make any decisions. We offer payment plans at no additional cost from $200 per month, to make it affordable for you to order exactly what you would like. |
HOW MUCH ARE THE PHOTOS? |
Our print prices start at $95. We do not have a minimum spend. We have an option to suit every budget. After your child/ren’s session you come back to the studio to view & order your photos & that’s the only time you will need to make decisions.
We are very upfront with our pricing. We will send you our full pricelist before your session, so you have all the information before you need to make any decisions.

CAN I CHANGE THE DATE OF MY SESSION ONCE IT'S BOOKED? |
We understand that illness can be unexpected, so we completely understand that it in unavoidable, therefore we allow one change of session – free of charge. |
WHERE IS YOUR STUDIO LOCATED? |
Our studio is located at 768 Pacific Highway, Gordon on Sydney’s North Shore. This is a map for where we are located. There is a council carpark in Moree St, and 2 council carparks. One is located under the Gordon Centre and the other next to Gordon train station. |
HOW DO WE BOOK? |
You can use our online calendar below to view our available dates for the next few months, so you can select a date so suit your family. We are generally fully booked on weekend dates 2-3 weeks in advance, so we do recommend booking a date asap. |
