Terms & Conditions for Little Lords and Ladies Giveway Contest

2. The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years

3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5. Up to three separate entries will be accepted per person. Entries exceeding this limit from the same person will be disqualified.

6. The closing date for submission of photo entry will be 11.59pm 28th February. After this date the no further submissions to the competition will be permitted.

7. The second round will commence voting at midday on the 1st March 2021 and will end midnight 5th March 2021

8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

9. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

Anyone can submit their images of their kids

All images submitted must be the creation of the entrant.

There is no time limit on when the image was taken.

All images will go through a vetting process before being approved to the competition.

10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

11. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

The Main Prize will be awarded to the entrant with the highest amount of votes as voted by the public through the competition platform and consists of:

The Main Prize winner will receive:

- A little Lords and Ladies, one hour photography session in our Gordon studio

- a design appointment for you to be able to view and order your images ( 2-5 days after your shoot)

- an image of your child will be included in our Little Lords and Ladies Book

- 3 image custom design and custom framed storyboard of your child

- 5 gift prints

- digital files of the ordered photos

Valued at $1650

The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.

13 The Main Prize Winner will be chosen: as a result of a popular vote conducted via social media sites as measured and recorded and verified by Promoter and or its agents and announced on the 9th March 2021. 12

14. The winners will be announced on Facebook and then notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

15. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.

16. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

17. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

18. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

19. All entrants and winners agree to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party.

20. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

21. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to uber photography and not to any other party.
