PURCHASING SESSION GUIDE

BEFORE YOU COME IN:

• we strongly recommend having a look around your home to think where you want to display your photos

• take some measurements of the space, or some pictures on your phone. This allows us to really help you with the size to suit that space

• we don’t believe in massive photos on the wall, we believe in helping you find the right size to put in the space you have

• we have collections to suit hallways, stairwells, landing on stairs, bedrooms, living rooms, kitchens, dining room or large open plan areas

• our favourite place to display photos is in a family room or kitchen. These areas are the heart of the home & it will mean that you will get to enjoy your photos everyday.

SO WHAT HAPPENS AT MY PURCHASING SESSION?

• this is the super fun part, choosing your family photos!

• when you come into the studio we will show a slideshow of your photos on a large screen TV

• then we will show you our amazing range of products on display, so we can work out the right sizes to suit your home

• we will then go through your images to help you select your favourites and to show you some ideas on how to display them in your home

• our expertise is in how to display your images

• even families who say they aren’t great decision making, tell us how easy how system makes it to decide on their images

PURCHASING SESSION POLICIES & PAYMENT

• Please make sure all decision makers are present to decide on your images. If decisions are not made at the session, you are welcome to make a follow up appointment, however a studio fee of $100 may be charged.

• we require a 50% deposit upon placing your order, we accept eftpost and all credit cards including AMEX

• we offer payment plans on orders over $750 with no additional fees. We require a minimum payment of $300 per month. The payments terms will be discussed with you during the session.

• we require 7 days notice to reschedule your purchasing session or cancellation fees may apply

• gift cards are non-refundable, are not redeemable for cash & can be used for products only. They cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Can I get a USB of the images?
über photography specialize in wall art & personalized coffee table books but we do also offer files for purchase.

How long do orders take to complete?
Orders are completed in around 3 weeks (slightly longer for albums)

Is it possible to do a payment plan for my purchase? 
A 50% deposit is required on all orders, with balance due on collection, we do offer payment plans for orders over $500. We can discuss with you the best payment option to suit you.

Do you take credit cards?
Yes we take all credit cards, including AMEX
