I recently photographed this family . Mum is pregnant with her second bub and wanted to record this special time of being a family of 3 before the new baby arrives.
I recently met this lovely family with 4 boys for their session. I always admire mums with boys, but especially one with 4.
Kate photographed John and Kat at their home two years ago and went back for another family session just before Christmas. They've grown so much in two years. We can't stress enough how important it is to photograph and capture your kids at each stage of their lives before they've grown again and had another birthday!

I recently captured this family at the field. I love it when my families bring along the family dog to join in the session.
I first photographed this lovely family when mum was pregnant and have had the pleasure of documenting this little man from being a brand new baby, to a laughing 6mth old, to a gorgeous little toddler. It has been a pleasure to watch him grow. We have been able to document this in a beautiful album which I know will always be treasured.
I recently met these kids to capture some images for their grandparents who live in the UK.
I met this lovely family recently at the field. It was lovely to see the sweet relationship between the 2 kids, with the big sister looking after her little brother.
I recently photographed this 3 energetic kids. I love to watch the dynamics of siblings on the relationships between them. The littlest in the family knew the best ways to get her big brother's attention.
I photographed An and Edwin's wedding last year, and I was very excited when they contacted me to capture their little boy at 1 year. He reminded me so much of my oldest at the same age, curious about the world around him, and chatting away to us.
I recently met this lovely family. It was a pleasure to capture their 10 day old baby girl. Her big brother was also a joy to photograph
I recently photographed this family for the third time. It was such a pleasure to see them again, and to include the family dog in their session.
This family won our prize that we donated to the Lilli Wish of Hope Ball. It was a pleasure to capture this special time before the kids start the move away from home. I know that these are memories that will be important to them forever.
I recently photographed this extended family group. I love being able to record the whole family together. It is a special memory to have them all together.
The Pepper's are a local North Shore family and I enjoyed visiting them in their home for this session. The kids loved showing me their rooms and all their favourite places in the house. They were full of energy and very playful with their parents. Home sessions are always very relaxed and fun and I think it's a special memory for the family to have their photos in their own home.
This was the first family portrait session I have done in the rain but it wasn't the first time I have photographed the Bristow's in the rain! Two years ago when we photographed their wedding it also rained but on both occasions it didn't dampen the mood. They now have a little boy and it's so lovely to see wedding couples we have photographed when they have become a little family. This session was extra special with their brother visiting from the UK we were able to take some memorable family shots for grandma.
Earlier this year, Sara Lee held a charity auction raising money for Camp Quality and über photography donated a voucher and a portrait session. The Logie-Smith family were lucky enough to win the prize and I had an amazing session with them. The weather was perfect and the kids were all smiles so I was able to capture lots of special sibling moments. über photography does as much as we can to help charities, schools and not for profit organisations so please feel free to contact us firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
I have been lucky enough to photograph the Broomhead family over the last five years since their maternity session with their first child. It's such a pleasure to watch a family grow and change over time and be able to record those memories for the future. This was a particularly fun session as the children's grandparents were visiting from New Zealand and I was able to include them in the session giving everyone a very special keepsake of their time together.
The Barter family was full of energy and I loved their outfits for the session, they were so reflective of the kid's personalities. The kids loved having their photos taken and the whole family was so photogenic, it made the session really enjoyable.
There's nothing that makes me smile more than photographing a family having fun together and the Barclay family were a joy during their session. I especially love it when I can capture an older sibling taking on their new role of responsibility because I know what a lovely image that will be for them for the rest of their lives.
